The countdown is on for what could be the best holiday shopping of the year
For those who have made a tradition of attending the Nutcracker Market every year, you know last year looked a little different, but everything is changing this year.
The market is making a comeback with in-person shopping at the NRG Center – and celebrating a 40th anniversary revamp, which took place last year.
We all know how important this is, so the countdown has officially started, and we want you to know when this epic in-person shopping season kicks off.

âForty years is such an important occasion, especially after the challenges of the past year,â said Patsy Chapman, CEO of the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market. âI can’t wait to stand in the main aisle of the Market and just enjoy the unmistakable spirit of this event. “
Over the past four decades, the market has grown tremendously – from a church bazaar in 1981 to the extravagance it is today, attracting over 100,000 guests and becoming the second largest event in fundraising at NRG Park.
This year, the event will take place from November 11 to 14. As this year promises to be different from last year, what can you expect from the event?
