Montreal has a new wine bar to add to its already packed list of bars. Brouillon – third wave café by day, bar by night – opened in front of the TUX marketing agency at Plaza Saint-Hubert with a list of natural wines, dishes to share and dishes from the local grocery store Chez Conserva , and a 40-seat terrace just off the esplanade, according to a press release shared with MTL Blog.
