JINYA Ramen Bar Forms Partnership With HBO Max’s Tokyo Vice

JINYA Ramen Bar has teamed up with HBO Max to create a daring Japanese dish and co-branded product in conjunction with the premiere of its much-loved and gripping new crime drama series – Tokyo Vice. The famous ramen restaurant now offers The Tokyo Spice – made with spicy Chintan-style chicken broth (clear broth), pork chashu, pork soboro, onsen tamago, cilantro, green onion, white onion, sesame seeds and flakes chili, served with thin noodles – on its limited-time Chef’s Specials menu. It’s the perfect companion for TV-obsessed fans as Ansel Elgort navigates underground danger and corruption in Tokyo as an American reporter assigned to the police.

To celebrate the partnership, on Thursday, April 28, JINYA will be giving away a free co-branded pint glass to the first 96 guests who order The Tokyo Spice at all of its locations!. “We are proud to partner with HBO Max and support Tokyo Vice’s debut,” said JINYA Ramen Bar Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “It’s an intense and eye-opening show that has captured the attention of fans around the world. It was the perfect collaboration for us due to our authentic Japanese roots, so we can’t wait to invite guests over to celebrate with us next week as they taste our new, perfectly balanced bowl.

At JINYA, experience ramen the way it should be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with savory noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic. Then, elevate the experience by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business.
