Good Intentions, a vegan restaurant and cocktail bar, now open

A one-of-a-kind concept in St. Pete is about to debut. Good Intentions, a full-service bar and vegan restaurant, is officially open Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. The news comes after a successful opening with friends and family last weekend.

The new vegan hot spot is a highly anticipated joint concept from the owners of Nah Dogs, Golden Dinosaurs and Black Radish Vegan Grocery Store. Good Intentions promises “modern, vegan American fare with a classic bar menu,” as the opening date draws ever closer.

The huge space has been undergoing renovations for nearly a year, and we’re excited to get our first glimpse inside. Initial renderings featured a beautiful dining room, with a large wraparound bar as the centerpiece. While the three concepts joining forces in this venture fall more into the fast-casual category, Good Intentions is expected to be an experience inviting customers to stay a while and enjoy creative dishes unlike anything the three vegan spots are currently offering. .

As the brainchild of three of the Burg’s favorite vegan eateries, the new restaurant is set to become a hotspot for vegan dining, especially given its location – pre-game drinks for the Rays, no matter what. who ? In addition to tasty dishes, the bar should offer a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails and mocktails, as well as beer and wine lists.
