Dog Haus shakes up the creative bar program with the return of the mixologist collaboration
Famous gourmet concept of hot dogs, sausages and burgers raises funds for No Kid Hungry with the launch of Blackberry Beret and Island in the Sun, available from April 1 to May 31
Pasadena, California (RestaurantNews.com) Dog House is raising even more excitement by bringing back its famous collaboration of mixologists, led by Phil Wills!
It’s true. The award-winning concept of gourmet hot dogs, sausages and burgers expands its already comprehensive bar program by teaming up with celebrity mixologists every two months to create limited-time items showcasing their own elite style and exceptional. To kick off Dog Haus’ Mixologist 2022 collaboration, Wills, who gained notoriety while performing on TV rescue barhas created two unique cocktails:
- Mulberry Beret – Ripe mint, simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters and bourbon well poured over fresh ice and topped with sparkling water, garnished with a sprig of mint and a lemon wedge.
- island in the sun – Passion fruit pineapple, orange bitters and sparkling white wine, stirred and garnished with half an orange slice and a cherry.
These limited-time cocktails are available at Dog Haus Biergarten locations from April 1 through May 31. For every Blackberry Beret and Island in the Sun purchase, Dog Haus will donate $1 to its national charity partner, No child is hungrywhose mission is to end child hunger in America.
