The 52-acre Marketplace Beaumont mall has been sold to San Diego-based investors.
The seller was a family trust. Terms of the deal were not disclosed by JLL, who represented Brixton Capital of Solana Beach.
The shopping center, consisting of five buildings and five drive-through parking lots, opened in 2008 and has a number of renowned tenants including Aldi, Ross, Best Buy, Petco and Bed Bath & Beyond. Drive-through retailers include Starbucks and Taco Bell.

The money from the US Economic Development Administration will match $ 416,461 in local investments, according to the UCR.
