Bar Louie launches Cocktails for a Cause campaign

Bar Louie continues its commitment to giving back to the communities it serves by launching its new drink as part of its year-round giving program, Cocktails For A Cause.

Until July 5, Bar Louie customers can drink for a good cause while sampling the new Wild Berry Margarita. For every Wild Berry Margarita sold, Bar Louie will donate $1 to Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE), a nonprofit that helps foodservice families bridge the financial gap during a qualifying crisis. To date, CORE has provided financial grants to over 1,500 families across the United States

Inspired by the refreshing flavors of spring, the Wild Berry Margarita features Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Blackberry, Strawberry, Lime, Truly Wild Berry Hard Seltzer, and Blueberries with a Twang Nectarberry topping and a Lemon Slice topping green.

With all the marg berry goodness, guests might sport a blue mustache after drinking the Wild Berry Margarita. And Bar Louie is encouraging customers to wear it loud and clear by posting a photo with the hashtag #DONTHESTACHE and tagging @barlouie. Prefer to use a straw? No problem. Bar Louie gives you a blue mustache stirrer in every Wild Berry Margarita – so everyone can take a photo with a blue mustache!

“We are thrilled to continue our Cocktails for a Cause program and look forward to raising funds for CORE,” said Bar Louie CEO Tom Fricke. “The Wild Berry Margarita is so delicious, so we hope lots of people will order it, which will raise more money for CORE. Bar Louie launched Cocktails For A Cause last year as part of the brand’s comeback program, Louie Loves. As a result of last year’s Cocktails For A Cause fundraisers, Bar Louie raised over $295,000 for national and local charities.
